2. Principle: Your Data Stays with You

CozyPages was built on the principle of "Privacy by Design". The app processes all photos and photo books exclusively on your Mac. No photos, photo books, or personal content are transmitted to our servers or third parties.

3. Data Processing in the App

3.1 Local Data Processing

All photos you import, photo books you create, templates, and settings are stored exclusively on your Mac. CozyPages does not require an internet connection to use.

3.2 No Analytics or Tracking Tools

CozyPages does not contain any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or any other telemetry data from the app.

3.3 Apple TestFlight (Beta Phase)

During the beta phase, CozyPages is distributed via Apple TestFlight. Apple may collect anonymized crash reports and usage statistics as part of TestFlight. This is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Processing on the Website

4.1 Hosting
